"Amazing experience! If I had a question or small issue, the team was there to assist promptly. I am so happy that I chose this suite hotel for my Bali stay. They also treat guests to VIP seating for the kecak performance at the mall major plus! I had so much fun. I took lots of pics and videos of the fabulous suite pool and had to partake in the memorable floating bfast experience. "Stayed here for three nights for a music festival. Overall clean but hot water was an issue and also AC in one of the rooms was broken, but other than that decent place i guess. "

"We were warmly welcomed into our accommodation on arrival. Bob, Lydia and staff could not have done more for us - we were treated as friends. Our stay was truly relaxing experience and we saw yet another amazing side of Bali. all for making our stay such a wonderful relaxing experience.
