Worst hotel i ever went to !! Absolutely disgusting. Linen was stained and full of hairs. Bathroom bever been washed in months ! Room full of bugs asked to be changed after killing 5 and the other room had 4 big bug dead on the ground when i opened the door !! Got refund and left to another hotel !!! I would put -10/10 if i could

Total disappointment but trip goes on..

The management really need to do extra work to fix issues.. First, make sure all the photos/images used & displayed in the booking apps are 100% coming from their own facts/facility & not a mixture of others. Toilet needs maintenance. Room services/cleanliness need to be improved. Do make the rooms more lively. Walking distance to Kuta beach was a drag, but should be fine if you really want to do brisk walk.

Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Jammer dat het hotel geen ontbijtservice heeft. in de directe omgeving zijn wel veel leuke restaurantjes, maar de meeste zijn in de ochtend gesloten.

Kamar lumayan, tetapi lokasi hotel sangat masuk ke dalam, parkir monik susah. Breakfast sangat lama (dibuat sesuai order kita). Outdoor AC bocor. Lainnya baik

No breakfast and no near buy place to buy breakfas

It located in a corner end (dead end) of a road. Rainy days can not walk to hotel. Roads flood. No hangers , wall cupboard or cloth racks in the room. Staff friendly and nice. But facilities, access roads are not satisfied.

Alles ganz okay, außer Lage (siehe unten): relativ sauber, schöne aussicht, zumindest aus dem 4. Stock, kräftige Klimaanlage, freundliches Personal. Das Bad auch relativ sauber. Etwas übertrieben stark aromatisiert...

A decent hotel a short walk from the main street

The room wasn't super clean but the hotel staff was great. We hired a driver through the hotel to take us to some places in Bali. He was awesome. The bathroom was not clean like what we are used to in Canada but we stayed 3 nights here. The wifi didn't always work in the room but was great in the lobby. The pool was very small but appeared clean.

ホテルのスタッフに日本語のわかる人がいて助かった。飛行機の到着が遅れて事前に予約した送迎はなかったけど夜中でも泊まれたので助かる。

Sämre läge än förväntat, hotellet låg en bra bit in i staden och en bit ifrån stranden. Personalen var bland den bättre vi mött och hotellägaren var mycket omtänksam och pratglad! Hotellets standard var inte mer än bra, men utifrån priset och bemötandet ger vi en 4/5!

bathroom smells funny

booked for king size bed but ended up getting a 2 single beds, late at night so i didnt even feel like argue with them; and then the bathroom always have that mouldy smell....NOT recommended

5 star service on a budget

The hotel needs renovation. However, the service was so good that I was more than happy to overlook it. Breakfast was excellent and they cleaned our room every day. Room service was for free. We had breakfast in bed, great. The pool is very small but you can use it even in the night. They provide complementary coffee downstairs. What I did not like is that the stuff waked us up every morning around 8.00-08.30h in order to ask what we want for breakfast. I did not complain but this was quite disturbing since we needed rest. Everything else was just perfect and the stuff is very nice.
