「An extra charge was added to my credit card with no knowledge about the charge until I called the front desk at the hotel to inquire. I was told that an alarm clock was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior! 「The breakfast was ery good. BW provided a good selection of breakfast foods and fruits. An added bonus was home baked cinnamon rolls, cookies at the front desk and other such treats. Understaffing did not allow for full service in guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and had trash emptied in one occasion. Fresh towels were provided. All personnel were professional and pleasant ...always willing to be of service.」

「Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.」
