"Room was very clean. Air conditioning excellent. Great nights sleep. Shower was very nice. Staff was cheerful and checking in and out smooth and quick. Dinner was good and breakfast too. Loved the popcorn after. We love Drury Inn and prices are excellent. "

"Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Also, the TV did not work at all in our room. One of the hotel employees came up to the room and thought he could fix it but he could not so we had no TV either. For the amount of money spent on this room, I feel it should have been in working order and guest should not be required to walk up and down three flights of stairs to get to their room. Other than that, my day was fine and the staff was friendly. Thank you."

"We checked in even though they didn’t tell us the pool was closed until after we paid . The receptionist gave me the key to our room and we walked to the room and the door was wide open and had not been cleaned yet and the whole floor reeks of weed . We walked straight back down to the desk and told the receptionist we were not going to be staying. She did refund my money and we went somewhere else . She acted like it wasn’t a big just said oh the door means it’s not clean and we are “ supposed “ to be a no smoking facility . "
