「The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. I want to mention a few things that did not bother us but may matter to other potential guests: - Room ("the family room"): because it was directly above the pub, we could hear music clearly through the floor until the pub closed. 「A nice, quite, perfectly tucked away but still bery much in town. The room was very spacious and clean. The courtyard was a perfect space to relax in the evening. Finding the location can be a little difficult but the owners provided detailed instructions that were very helpful. The breakfast provided was perfect and very thoughtful. All in all a wonderful stay. 」

「Our host Jenny was brilliant. There had been some kind of miscommunication on the booking, where other hosts would have created an issue, Jenny welcomed us and all was well. The property is very homely, in a very nice rural location, parking is within the farm, safe and secure. Jenny's team / family are all very welcoming and happy to help. Great place to stay if you're riding a motorbike, or wanting to visit Thruxton. 」

「Easy check in and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The room had pretty much anything you could wish for in it. Very well equipped room, lovely linen and a super comfy bed with different firmness of pillows. Nespresso machine, mini fridge, DAB radio, large TV, Dyson fan, Iron, Hairdrier, all great! Checkout was easy the next day. Just a shame we couldn’t have stayed for longer and made better use of everything. Many thanks! 」
