「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast...

「Only a one night stay, wished it was longer. Will definitely be in touch if working in the area again. Instructions for getting there and in were very clear and easy. Massive room and bathroom. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Huge selection of teas, coffees and the continental breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, milk, orange juice and water as well as the pastries. Fantastic stay, highly recommend it.」

「The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.」
