Charmantes Hotel in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung. Grosser gepflegter Garten mit alten Baumbeständen. Restaurant und Pub sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze und mehrere Ladestationen für E-Autos vorhanden (22kW).

Nice pool and gym. The room was good, but the restaurant service is so slow. We didn’t eat dinner there, but even ordering eggs at breakfast took over 20 minutes.

Nice hotel ...although the link with the manor house is not always clear: it's basically a large, well kept hotel on the same premises.

Lovely hotel and rooms comfortable and clean. Excellent food, had breakfast there. Beautiful location and setting, surrounded by peace and quiet. Only wish there had been air conditioning as it was so warm at night. Air con would have been the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!

Had a great one night stay in two double rooms. Plenty of parking. Warm and welcoming staff. Great food and service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and in the bar and outside terrace area. Used the gym which is small but well equipped. Overall an enjoyable stay and will go again.

Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, plenty of free parking, room was large, with all the normal facilities, fridge, bottled water, tea/coffee - including a fan. Hot so, with limited opening windows, on this occasion air conditioning would have been appreciated. Hotel facilities are excellent, nice bar, lovely spa and pool with none of that tired "around the edges" mould that you sometimes see despite the decent facilities - very clean. Good breakfast and efficient check out.

I've stayed in in excess of 10 times at this hotel but this time was a very unhappy stay. Room was miles away even thought the hotel appeared to be empty. Room was dirty, especially the toilet....the floor tile at the sink was loose that you stood on. The shower gel bottle was empty. We also had dinner in the bar and the meal was not great. The fish and chips was tiny and the pizza was burnt....the coke was also flat.

A good note, a bit pricey for the quality of the amenities. However, in Winchester there is not much choice of good properties so feel we chose well
