"Wonderful self service check in. Immaculate bathrooms, showers, and sleep capsules. Those who complain about the lockers, I have to ask how did you manage to get yourself to Shinigawa if you have trouble opening a locker with a QR coded keycard?! Morons. Great capsule hotel but lots of snorers but that’s not the property’s fault. Better sound insulation between the capsules would be the only improvement I would consider worthwhile…everything else is excellent."

"First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was a un experience. Area was ideal for going out and about and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. The capsule had alot more space than i was expecting and you feel safe in your space. Only thing is the pillows are terrible, would bring my own next time."
