By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

매일 캡슐 비워야 하는 건 뭐 충전해 놓고 갈 수 없다는 단점이 있긴 하지만 그래도 캡슐호텔은 잠만 자는 곳이니까... 청결도도 크게 문제가 되는 수준은 아니었음 역이 가깝다고는 하지만 지하철에서 내려서 꽤 많이 걸어야 함...출구에서 가깝다는 거지 플랫폼에서 가깝다는 게 아님 샤워실도 괜찮고 라운지도 넓어서 좋았음 단점은 5층에 노래방이 있어서 저녁에 좀 시끄럽다 정도? 직원분이 한국 여권 보더니 한국어 몇 마디 하다가 내가 일본어 하니까 바로 자비없이 일본어 해주심...이건 좋았음 참고로 콘센트 꼽는 힘이 많이 약해서, 무거운 충전기나 어댑터 들고 가면 스스로 빠질 수 있음!

The website lists the suana/hottub as public so I assume I would be welcome but it was closed to women. Also they don’t dim the lights at night in the sleeping area. I was shocked and annoyed to have the full overhead lights on at 1am. I understand a need for light but full blast was terrible considering the pull down screen didn’t block it properly.
