We loved our stay - everything was excellent. Very practical, very well thought, beautiful hotel. My only remark is that it was pretty hot in the pods and there is no ventilation/air conditionning.

Conveniently located close to a metro station and many good restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and speak English. An overall great stay, but the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. A good choice to stay in Tokyo.

Very nice, clean and sophisticated accommodation. The private showers and large bathing area were a big plus. Found check in easy. One critique is that the photos show a second larger lounge area which may have been limited to the women's section, since I was never able to access it.

This is a basic capsule no amenities like cotton for ladies .no fridge or microwave ok for cheap price .Also very noisy people needs some updating in some of showers .

Guests using kettle in capsule on the first night 19.10.2025 I was staying in 711 and 710 I could hear the kettle noise.. two ladies mentioned nobody checked it.
