The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

I had a great stay at the La Rambla Boutique Hotel. Being recently opened, the hotel and the rooms were fantastic, super clean and with all the amenities that you could want. The location is perfect, allowing easy pick-up for tours and close to everything. The staff was so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond in service, bringing me a mini fridge when I requested it and even preparing a packed breakfast prior to an early tour. If you're in Cuzco, would highly recommended staying here!
