We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.

The biggest reason because I gave a 2-star rating is because I got multiple bug bites while asleep. I contacted the staff and they came to check it and said it was impossible because bed bugs do not live in the cold weather like Cusco. All I know is that I got bug bites all over my body. When I went to check out, instead of apologizing or comping anything, they charged me a large fee for a clear liquid stain on the duvet. I don't recall spilling anything but they showed me pics. I commented that they were supposed to clean the sheets and duvet either way so why were they charging me. The person on duty was not helpful and lacked professionalism. My niece stayed in another suite and spilled on her duvet and they did not get charged a cleaning fee. It makes me feel like I was charged extra because it was a suite. The suite was nice but lacked in some amenities which in my experience is essential for a 4-star hotel suite. Only one of the 3 curtains has blackout shades. They had soap dispensers in the shower and sink but not at the bathtub, so when I took a bath in the hot tub (with non-functional jets) I had to pour soap in a cup from the dispenser in the shower and carry it over. They have a kettle with mugs in the room but don't provide sugar or a spoon. There is also nowhere to store your clothes and didn't have a side table.They don't give you the restaurant number or menu to order room service but they do. My mother didn't like the pizza but the other dishes were good.

The room was cleaned well every day, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. My partner had some health issues and they had partner clinics that would come and check in the room at no difference in cost. They were extremely understanding and helpful. I wish our stay there had been longer. It was very close to everything you would want to be close to. I do not write reviews often, but I am writing this one because I do think this is one of the best places you can stay in Cusco.

ya que toda la noche se escucharon pasos y movimento de cosas y no pude dormir nada literal ya a las 2 am me quedé dormido del cansancio de echo mis papás estaban en la aviación de arriba y también escucharon los pasos toda la noche entonces no se que fue pero muy pesado. Entiendo que es un hotel y se tiene que escuchar gente pasar pero no todo el rato como si fuera una una obra. De verdad nunca me quejo.

This hotel felt quite comfortable and calm. It was a lovely oasis in the city. There are a few courtyards that were so nice to sit in. I was in a group of 9 people and many of the rooms had bathtubs that the other ladies were very happy about. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great where we were able to order eggs the way we wanted them done and there were choices of many other foods. We could order latte, Americano and cappuccino coffees, which were included in the breakfast. The hotel is located a short walk to the San Pedro Market, and about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. It is on a side street which made it quieter, but close enough to restaurants and shops. We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Cusco, and they all had their unique great qualities. This hotel was more upscale and very comfortable.

Large comfortable room, wonderful staff. Beautiful Cusco architecture, quiet and relaxing. Peaceful gardened courtyards were you feel you are alone despite fully capacity. 14 min walk to historic region and 6 min to the city Market. We are recommending this to our friends and family.

I like this hotel as it is not right at the center therefore not so many cars are passing by like close to the center. We do have to walk to center for dining and shopping options but it’s a short walk. The staffs are nice. I like the courtyard and room decor has an authentic feel. But the restaurant on site is not good. Food is very blend and no taste. I would stay here again but will not eat here again.
