We had an excellent stay at Novotel Cusco! The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from the Plaza de Armas—making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

The standard room does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. A standard room at the Holiday Inn is far superior to that at Novotel. There was no coffee machine provided—only instant coffee sachets—and no body lotion was available. Overall, the standard room is too pricey for the limited benefits offered.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was charming, spotless, and full of character. The location was perfect — we were able to walk everywhere, and all of our tours had no trouble picking us up directly from the hotel.

Very cool architecture for a hotel, love the lobby. Very close to town square but not right on it so it was a bit more quiet. Very friendly and attentive staff. Liked the convience of having the filtered water bottle filling machine down the hall.
