The room was modern, spotless, and very clean, and the location is close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and even prepared a packed breakfast for us before our early morning departure. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the La Rambla Boutique Hotel. Being recently opened, the hotel and the rooms were fantastic, super clean and with all the amenities that you could want. The location is perfect, allowing easy pick-up for tours and close to everything. The staff was so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond in service, bringing me a mini fridge when I requested it and even preparing a packed breakfast prior to an early tour. If you're in Cuzco, would highly recommended staying here!

Wir haben dort 7 Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und schön eingerichtet, außerdem gut gelegen. Man erreicht fußläufig das Stadtzentrum innerhalb weniger Minuten. Das Personal ist einfach toll. Sie haben uns, auch als es uns schlecht ging, direkt geholfen und haben sich auch noch Tage danach um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Und selbst beim Organisieren der Ausflüge konnten wir uns auf sie verlassen. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig, so dass man die Gäste, die früh ihren Ausflug starten, laut hört. Allerdings gibt es portable Heizungen, die den Aufenthalt trotz sehr kalter Nächte angenehm machen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Charming, clean, newer hotel not far from the main sites. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. A portable radiator was provided to keep the room warm. Breakfasts are large, with eggs cooked for you. The courtyard is a nice place to sit and drink some tea. Wifi on the third floor was not great — we could connect but nothing would load. That said, management was clearly working to fix it the morning we left. My only other complaint may be more with Expedia — I booked a room with “1 double and 1 twin bed”, but we were given a different room with three twins. This is the second time this has happened in Peru, booking through Expedia, and I suspect it is poor communication between Expedia and the hotels.

This is a gorgeous new property with so much potential. It was a little difficult to find, as Apple Maps directed us to a different location than Google Maps (not the hotel’s fault), but once we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep due to a lack of soundproofing. There happened to be some kind of celebration the night we stayed, so drunk people were walking past our window for most of the night, and fireworks continued until around 4am. Again, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but better sound insulation for the front-facing rooms would make a big difference to the guest experience. We also had to leave at 5am for a tour, and the front desk very kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be exceptional. With a few small improvements—particularly to the soundproofing—it would be an outstanding place to stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a particularly noisy night.
