「Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend.」

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. 「The property was very beautiful and located in a great spot to do things around Cusco. The loght in the bathroom didn't work and there was an issue with water leaking onto the floor, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

The hotel is very accommodating to needs and they will pack you a breakfast bag if you let them know for the days the tours start at 4 am. I was very pleased with my stay.」
