服務很好，但旁邊的酒吧唱歌唱到早上5點，縱使有雙層隔音，就在旁邊也檔不住啊 這環境可能不適合住宿，尤其大家都是一早就有行程的

Wonderful stay near the Plaza De Armas. Everything about the property was great, but I really have to give extra credit to the wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was comfortable and took my suitcases all the way up to the third floor for me. I also suffered from the altitude sickness at one point and the sweet girl working the front desk gave me oxygen and made sure I was ok before letting me go. She also brought a cake to my room for my birthday that same day :,) overall, a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Comfy, clean, yummy breakfast, beautiful interior. Can’t wait to come back one day.

The place was beautiful. I chose it for how beautiful and well thought out it looked, and honestly I was amazed at all the art and beauty. The mattress and beddings were incredibly comfortable. The decor in the bedroom was beautiful. The water was hot in the shower with great pressure. The common areas were dreamy, with plants, beautiful chairs, and art. The breakfast was also delicious! I appreciated the free coca tea that really helped me on my first morning. The location was absolutely perfect as well, conveniently located near everything. The street was a bit noisy, but free earplugs were provided. I also highly appreciated that the room came with a small heater, which made the night very comfortable. My *only* "complaint" is that it would have been nice to have a small water bottle in the room upon arrival, since the water is not potable and I had just landed, but it was not mentioned in the stay description, so I cannot fault them at all. Overall would come back again!
