It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. 「Really nice hotel very close to the centre of Cusco (2 blocks, 5mins to main square) but also really tranquil and quiet, especially on the verandas and courtyard. Rooms have character and well equipped (showed nice and powerful) and everything very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, staff will make fresh scrambled eggs which was good. Having a filtered water tap is a really good addition, no need to either filter your own water or buy bottles - well...

「The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. 」
