This place is really GREAT! the Lobby and room are full of furniture with an at HOME feel. our room was on the third floor with a great view and small deck to sit out on at night or early morning. Breakfast was fantastic! And most all the high point to walk to are just 10 minutes away!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. The front desk attendant gave us great information and helped us make tea to help with the altitude acclimation, as well as informing us on the benefits of each kind of tea. The breakfast was also made fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a building built in the 1800s I believe. It was in excellent condition. The staff were so helpful. They made a breakfast to go even though we had to be at the airport at 5:00 in the morning. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner! Many places only have shampoo. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel was beautiful!

An excellent location to stay in Cusco, if you want to explore and be centrally located. The hotel won’t be to everyone’s tastes as it’s an old building so a little noisy and eclectic but for others it’s a real gem! Breakfast is decent and they provide a morning takeaway option which is brilliant as most activities have you starting off at 3/4am.

We had such a great stay here. The location is fantastic—close to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and laundry, with a convenience store right beside the hotel for grabbing water and snacks. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We had an early morning tour pickup and requested our breakfast to go, which they happily prepared for us. There’s also hot coca tea and tea available in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. Our room was HUGE, the beds were super comfortable, and everything made for an easy, relaxing stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, thoughtful service—seriously, stop searching and book this hotel!

Funcionários bem receptivos, quartos bem grandes, camas super confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito simples, só frutas, café, 1 tipo de pão e faz ovo de pedir, somente isso.
