「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Amaru Colonial was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of Cusco from the patio. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and is a short walk to the city center. Breakfast each day was healthy and tasty. The staff went above and beyond with transporting and storing our luggage for a few days while we went to Machu Picchu at their sister hotel which we stayed at when we returned to Cusco. 」
