It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. 「I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my first few days in Cusco. Wonderful location, beautiful views, gorgeous room, and the staff were fantastic. They helped coordinate my transportation, served excellent breakfasts, and the room was always spotlessly clean. If I ever get to return to Cusco, I will definitely stay at Atoq San Blas again.」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「We loved this hotel - the property itself and the location were perfect. The rooms and breakfast were amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! I would not recommend obtaining a massage at the adjoining facility, however (though in your own room would probably be fine). The massage was great but unfortunately the associated massage facility had some hygiene issues. 」
