We had a beautiful stay here! Great location in the San Bras area. A couple things to just be aware of before you book: The hotel is not on a drivable street so you will have to walk to the closest street or the San Blas square. They didn't refill our water in our room but there is always water available to refill your own upstairs in the breakfast room The views at breakfast are incredible!

Nice hotel with great views. The shower was not closed at the front, meaning that the bath was all wet after each shower. Worse was that on the last two days there was no running water. This meant that we could not shower or use the toilet after sweaty hikes and before our flight, but this was probably an issue for multiple building in this area. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant but it was mostly closed, even though indicated otherwise. Finally, we only had breakfast twice at the hotel and at both occasions the buffet was not ready at the time indicated.

Family Visit to Cusco

We arrived at 6am after an overnight bus ride. Even though our room wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t for many hours, the staff welcomed us and offered a place to rest and have breakfast. Additionally they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Fresh linens and stylish decor. Fresh, filtered water available anytime, saving us money and the environment.

Great option for a stay in Cusco!

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We stayed here one night before heading to Machu Picchu, and then again one night after, and were able to leave a couple of bags there while we were away. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great, and the beds are comfortable.

One of the rooms was extremely cold. The stone wall was shared with a nearby electronic music club - a bit noisy.

Mejoras al hotel

The price of the hotel is very high for where it is located there is no vehicle access. In addition, the ceilings in the rooms need to be repaired and the bathroom also needs to be remodeled. There is no television in the rooms and the breakfast is not very varied. People are very attentive to help in whatever way they can. On several occasions we ran out of hot water in my room. There was an old table that broke when we put the suitcase on it. I informed them and they wanted to charge me for it as new so I could leave and I paid them half. In that part everything has to be of quality.

The place is nice,clean fiendly, good and large breakfast , (Mercedes was very kind) and the location close to plenty of interesting spots. But we did give some laundry to wash and the bill was outragesly high : 40 us$ for a bag of clothes ! (No iron for this price). And 8 us$ for a beer… !!!! Better do it outside. This price is insane

Muy buena experiencia de servicio y comodidad en un buen buen barrio, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Estuvimos la primera noche en una pieza cerca de la calle lo que daba un poco de bullicio con la gente que transitaba pero nada que hacer. Muy buen desayuno y buenos servicios de turismo. Altamente recomendable.

Precio/calidad razonable

El hotel está muy bonito y bien ubicado, pero hay varias cosas que lo llegan a hacer incomodo. 1. La calle sobre la cual está no entran coches, por lo qué hay que cargar maletas media cuadra. 2. No hay agua caliente, sale apenas tibia. 3. El wifi solo sirve en ciertas áreas del hotel. 4. Las almohadas no tienen funda. 5. El piso de la habitación estuvo siempre muy sucio.
