We loved this hotel - the property itself and the location were perfect. The rooms and breakfast were amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! I would not recommend obtaining a massage at the adjoining facility, however (though in your own room would probably be fine). The massage was great but unfortunately the associated massage facility had some hygiene issues.

Clean room with beautiful view of Cusco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved chatting with Mercedes every morning. Also really loved the location in San Blas.

Great option for a stay in Cusco!

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We stayed here one night before heading to Machu Picchu, and then again one night after, and were able to leave a couple of bags there while we were away. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great, and the beds are comfortable.

We had a beautiful stay here! Great location in the San Bras area. A couple things to just be aware of before you book: The hotel is not on a drivable street so you will have to walk to the closest street or the San Blas square. They didn't refill our water in our room but there is always water available to refill your own upstairs in the breakfast room The views at breakfast are incredible!

Family Visit to Cusco

We arrived at 6am after an overnight bus ride. Even though our room wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t for many hours, the staff welcomed us and offered a place to rest and have breakfast. Additionally they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Fresh linens and stylish decor. Fresh, filtered water available anytime, saving us money and the environment.

ホテルはとても新しくきれいです。お湯の温度、水圧ともに良好です。ホテル内は階段が多く、息切れするほどですが、そのぶん部屋からの眺めがとてもよかったです。朝食はフルーツとパンとシリアルです。品数は少ないですが美味しいです。Wi-Fiは宿泊する人が少なかったこともあり、とても早かったです。 アルマス広場まで徒歩5分程で、立地もいいです。ただし、ホテル前までは車が入れないので、少しだけ歩きます。 マチュピチュに行く前後に宿泊しましたが、大きい荷物も預かってもらえました。スタッフも皆親切で、フロントスタッフは英語ができます。

The place is nice,clean fiendly, good and large breakfast , (Mercedes was very kind) and the location close to plenty of interesting spots. But we did give some laundry to wash and the bill was outragesly high : 40 us$ for a bag of clothes ! (No iron for this price). And 8 us$ for a beer… !!!! Better do it outside. This price is insane

Nice hotel with great views. The shower was not closed at the front, meaning that the bath was all wet after each shower. Worse was that on the last two days there was no running water. This meant that we could not shower or use the toilet after sweaty hikes and before our flight, but this was probably an issue for multiple building in this area. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant but it was mostly closed, even though indicated otherwise. Finally, we only had breakfast twice at the hotel and at both occasions the buffet was not ready at the time indicated.
