A secret gem

Cusco is a charming town and the Inkaterra is well located to all of the charming shops and restaurants of the central Plaza.

A really amazing boutique hotel with 11 rooms. Staff are super friendly, helpful and proud to be helping their guests. Food was really good which is not always the case in hotels. Again, locally sourced ingredients. Rooms are big, quiet and very clean. 100% recommended

This hotel is really one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is very nice but the staff are next level. They are so friendly, helpful and really make a positive difference to the stay. They are so accomodating and I could not have asked for anything more. We left early one morning and missed breakfast so they provided packed lunches for us. The food at the hotel is amazing as well. Really rates as one of the best around the world. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Exceptional service and hospitality at Inkaterra La Casona! We had the most wonderful stay and it was first class all the way from welcoming us til the moment we checked out. A must when experiencing Cusco in a time typical pre-historic building.

Once you arrive you will feel the serenity of a place that makes you’ve transported in time! The attention to detail here was better than places I played 3x for. They go more than the extra mile for you. I can’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful place at perfect location.

It is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel at the greatest location in a very peaceful area yet, very close to the best part of Cusco. Staff are wonderful people with Alex and Elvis standing out and being very attentive and extremely helpful. Rooms are unfortunately very cold at night and external oil heater was needed to keep the temperature pleasant inside the room. Selection of breakfasts could be a challenge for the longer stay, but it’s surely fine for only 3 nights. Overall, we did appreciate the beauty of our room and the whole property. Thank you.
