The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. I couldn’t be happier with my hotel choice and 100% would stay again. The rooms are each unique and the one I stayed in was huge, extremely comfortable and even equipped with a small kitchen. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre. There is drinking water on hand 24/7, and a continental breakfast provided. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Dante who was very welcoming. Also, it’s worth noting that there is a 24hr reception (contrary to what it says on hotels.com) so you can arrive whenever you like without having to pre-arrange with the hotel.

Great location with a short walk to the square and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with some really nice art touches in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business.
