「The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. 「Nice location, staff was so friendly and helpful, room and balcony was comfy and super relaxing. Only thing that was missing was hot water and even with the noise because I had the room right where the street gets very noisy I still had such a beautiful stay and would definitely book again.」

「Definitely my favorite hotel all of the Caribbean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and respectful of me and was able to swiftly get me a room after I arrived five hours prior to check in time. The whole time I’ve been there the stuff has been nothing but helpful with excursions, and other amenities that I requested or needed help with. Whenever I do come back to carousel, this hotel will be the highest on my priority list.」

「This is a beautiful property. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is no mirror or TV in the room. We had ocean view and it was gorgeous. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool after 6pm far as amenities. And, I stayed there for 7 days which was an hefty penny. After paying at checkout, I was called back to swipe my card again because they didn’t charge me 6 cents. They were helpful in helping my spouse obtain flowers for my birthday and storing my cake.」

「Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not squeaky clean but clean enough. It is an older building so keep that in mind, things won’t be new and modern. I didn’t like that all the windows wouldn’t shut - meaning others could look inside and see me. However I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room and there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic outside. A confortable bed, a big private terrace with two deckchairs We had lovely breakfast and dîner there The staff is very friendly and helpful. A small pool with deckchairs is also available. 「Todo bien. Solo que hay cucarachas y mosquitos. Falta mucha limpieza, el lugar es bello. La atención es buena por la recepción y el de la entrada de vehículos, muy amables... los demas son muy despotas. El precio esta 👌 excelente recomendado」
