"Parking was plentiful. Easy access from the Berlin Turnpike. Only a few residents outside smoking weed in their cars nightly . Even though it’s stated on the website non smoking property. Pets were minimal which is a nice change from Super 8 Cromwell where weed was everywhere all over the place -and pets were many . Days inn staff are respectful and pleasant. Continental Breakfast 7-10am was a great change from Super 8 …which sadly only provided coffee and hard crunchy granola bars / Days inn offered oranges , mini muffins, bagels and cream cheese ,cereal toast , coffee . Housekeeping promptly starts at 11am . Their new policy would have you get room services after 3 days . The upstairs hallway stairwell needed repairs being an older building. The rooms were large and the heating worked well. Shower water pressure was good . Clientele varied from to the occasional party people . You never knew who would be next to you. Staying at any local Low to mid range motels seem to be …in my recent experience these past months to be …at the mercy of those living month to month versus the visitor or traveler. Long term residents in2025/2026 just are less respectful and more entitled . At least at Days inn there was a smaller amount of this attitude than at super 8 Cromwell. You get what you pay for … those who don’t care to be quiet and respectful of the rules or have curtesy can’t afford the or Marriott and those of us on a budget must share the hallways and common areas ."

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The staff at the hotel was wonderful from the beginning of my stay until the very end. The hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was clean and I never had to worry about asking for more towels or toilet paper because it was stocked. I also appreciated it was relatively quiet during the evening hours. I would definitely recommend the property and I will be staying at the property in the very near future. "Housekeeping and kitchen staff were very helpful and friendly. Front desk was less than helpful. During our stay there was also a very large party there with hundreds of children. They were running down the halls starting at 6am and going until after midnight, banging on doors, yelling with curse words at all hours, slamming doors to the stairs, etc and just completely unsupervised. No one else could use the pool or fitness center because the kids swarmed them and we’re jumping, tackling, playing football, etc. The adults were in the dining area partying it up watching a game and ignoring the kids. Multiple guests, including myself, were complaining to the front desk and getting dismissed and nothing was done. The only front desk worker who actually tried to help was Michael. But nothing was done to remedy the dissatisfaction with the other guests whose stay was a nightmare because of this."
