"The business facilities were shut down and Non operational. Parking was easy and safe on property. The hotel is in need of an update/renovation. The property needs to provide free breakfast. Similar hotels provide at no cost. Breakfast even to get a yogurt would cost 13.00"

"I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

"I’m baffled by how this establishment is permitted to remain operational. The room was in a state of disarray, and they overcharged me for the pet fee. To make matters worse, the TV and phone were non-functional. The staff was incredibly rude, and I had to resort to calling corporate to lodge a complaint and seek resolution to my issues. "
