"If you don’t mind cheap and rundown, this might be the place for you! The hotel smelled of marijuana. There were multiple ServPro fans running on every floor. There was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, and water pooling behind the paint above the shower head and black mold was starting to form. The bathroom faucet was loose. Not all of the outlets worked. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. There were holes in the walls from the entry door. Some of the bedding had dark stains. The universal TV remote quit working, and there was no other option to change the channels or volume; the only way to turn it off was by unplugging it. The elevator does not always work and the man at the front won’t tell you until you ask after standing there several minutes. The front doors were left open when we entered at 9pm."

"I never stayed. Just so you know, In route to be there for a 3 pm check in, I was called to be at the venue I was DJing at early to handle a issue, so I wouldn't have time to make it there until later in the evening. I called the hotel, tried to explain the situation, but before I could finish, the person on the phone quickly put me on hold, tried to charge my card and I declined it when the notification hit me, because I didn't know who it was at first, until he said he tried to charge my card. I tried again explaining to him I would be there after 11 PM, but I promised I would be there and would make the payment, but he said he makes no promises there would be any rooms, but he wouldn't cancel my reservation. So when I called to say I was on my way, I was hung up 2 or 3 times, then told my reservation was cancelled and hung up on again when I tried to ask why? So no I didn't stay, I was able to make other arrangements at a better hotel and was $60 cheaper. If the man had of simply said to me, he would've had to charge my card, I would've said OK and accepted the security request, but because he tried to be slick, Super 8 lost a potential repeat customer."

"The room I was placed in had a light switch by the door that didn’t work, the only electricity that worked were the lamps that you had to walk up to to switch on — and these mildly lit up the room. The bathroom was dirty with long hair on the ground, as soon as I entered I noticed. Also, the toilet paper was not replaced, it was used and low. The room had a mini fridge that seemed to have had a broken fan since it did not stop roaring, and I couldn’t figure out a way to disconnect it from the wall. Also thought I’d add that there were two staff working and they were both helping one lady rather than quickly just checking me in. The staff took a while to check me in with no sense of urgency."

"Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. The bed was a bit lacking - it was oddly short and the springs were very squeaky and also I think there was plastic on it. For a budget hotel not bad though! I do wish they provided conditioner and lotion vs just shampoo and bar soap. Also it smelled weird but not terrible just a strong cleaning smell maybe."
