「We stayed for two nights and had a very friendly welcome. Our room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was huge with a free standing roll top bath and seperate shower. The hotel was right on the door step of the town centre and cafes, bars and restaurants though everything you need is right in the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and served piping hot, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall the hotel is fabulous...

「Very good ! I love it 」

「Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.」

「Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). I paid a total of £163 for the room, plus additional parking charges of £5 per day. Having completed 12 days of hard work, I booked this stay specifically looking for a peaceful environment to rest and sleep. Instead, the accommodation and service experienced fell...

「酒店陳舊，內裏設施非常破爛，地氈感覺不清潔，房間隔音亦很差，酒店外面環境複雜」

「nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.」

「We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented, and the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite booking a luxury double room, we were initially allocated an accessible room. When we queried this and showed our booking confirmation, which clearly confirmed the room we had reserved, both reception staff and the manager suggested the...

「Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.」

「各方面都很好，早餐特別好。只是，房務人員把我自己帶來的毛巾丟了，這部分很困擾。」

「Staff were lovely , room was clean and adequate , breakfast was to order and nice and hot」

「Choose this hotel because it has carpark and location. When we went into our room, it has strange smell just like cigarette smoke and the toilet is more smelly. Furnitures were old but the room is quite spacious. The lobby is old style classic but the furnitures was quite new. Everything is the same breakfast with simple food and drinks.」

「Location is good. Room is clean but air conditioner is not working and no refrigerator. 」
