"The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to work. LOL"
"You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . Many people coming in had the same problem as we did. Where it says Marriott Conference Center, put a sign there also as well pointing in the direction of the entrance, as well as one hanging from overhead."
"Man at the front desk when we arrived had a great upbeat personality, super friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. We visited for the WWE wrestling event and was pleasantly surprised by your hotel. Thank you all so much!"
"Room was clean. The only thing that was not great was the position of the TV in the room. On side of the bed instead of adjacent to the wall. Was hard to watch while in bed. But loved the shower "
