「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「We were in room 205 and the only problem I found was a foul odor coming from the drain in the shower and the floor of the shower was not properly pitched so water would constantly flood the bathroom」

「I wish I could write this property is zero and label it as a public health hazard. The furniture had grime on it hadn’t been wiped down, the sheets smelled like pure bleach, The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was black, mold all over the ceiling, the king mattress was invented on one side. I felt like I was laying on a bridge all night, when you turn I hear bad at the entire bed slides, the mattress was not sitting on a bed frame. The front staff was completely confused upon...
