「Great quiet location. Close to Anna Marie Island. Pool is awesome. All grounds immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking paths close by. Large breakfast buffet with variety of hot and cold options. We had a Marina view room so relaxing to sit on balcony and watch the boats cone and go. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「There is a strict 4pm check in. The staff were very personable. The room and property were very nice and secluded. 」

「The staff are helpful & friendly. The location is perfect to get back and forth to the beach , restaurants and use the free Anna Maria trolley. The pool temperature was perfect & nice to have ping pong & jenga available . Room service was excellent. Would have preferred if parking was included in stay and not added charge . 」

「Clean room - a little expensive especially the dog fee for one night but we had a good night & everyone is very friendly there. 」

「Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.」

「Hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean and convenient. The A/C in my room was rattly so that was sort of annoying at night. Breakfast was good. I love the 24 hour complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and water. The pool was super cold but it was clean. The pool furniture is in sad shape though. 」
