「I want to highlight the excellent services provided, especially by Noah, who was fantastic. However, I did have a less-than-ideal experience with the staff member managing the umbrellas. She seemed a bit aggressive regarding the tiki area and asked us about our room checkout in a manner that felt rude, almost as if she thought we were taking advantage of our stay.
