「The property was great for the walk to the beach. I wish that the pool on the property had been cleaner.My two complaints were..... I had to wait for my door code for over 40 minutes after check in time. Also there were no umbrellas at the property for the beach, would have had to drive a mile and go to another beach to use the complimentary beach umbrellas.」

「My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「Cindy at the Pool was a waitress we worked with and she was excellent. There was also a waitress from Boston. She was excellent. They both went above and beyond. The pool and property were great. Our room was excellent. The food has gone downhill. The breakfast was chaotic and cold and they were out of coffee a couple of times and it just wasn’t very good. A woman with short hair at the front desk was curt to quite a few folks checking in and was not very helpful or pleasant.」

「The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.」

「My "go to" hotel for triathalons at Fort Desoto,c32 minutes away, far better than St. Pete hotels. Right off 75 next to Ellenton Outlets mall」
