「It was amazing, we stayed at the Flamingo Suite, all was clean and tidy. The cottage has a great location close to all restaurants either south or north of the island since it is situated kind of in the middle of the island. The staff was so nice and understanding. So conveniently located right on the beach. Overall a great experience.」

「When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Amazing stay! The location was perfect and super close to the beach. Parking was right next to the rooms and made everything so convenient. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful modern coastal vibe. The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We would 100% stay here again on our next visit!」

Unfortunately, the room conditions fell short of expectations in several key areas: Bathroom Facilities: There was a consistent lack of hot water in the shower. Additionally, the bathroom space is extremely cramped; the shower is too small for basic comfort, and the lack of an exhaust fan is a...

「Habe in mind this was a last minute reservation didn’t checked on reviews before planning. So okay for a short stay, uncomfortable beds some of the power outlets dont work in room 224. Some issue with the tv to enable apps to watch movies. Not sure if needs a reset. Never learned the time of the included breakfast from their web, but a worker told me it was until 9am. Is clean, microwave and small fridge included.」
