「Good value. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Peaceful and quiet (first week of May). Wifi in my part of the hotel was very slow and unreliable.」

「Stay far far away from this property. Not only are they dishonest their facilities are poorly maintained and the staff is pathetically inattentive. There are so many better places to stay in Playa Del Carmen. I strongly suggest you do not stay here. If you do decide to stay at this location, do not leave any valuables in the open. 「Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy! 「I booked (and payed an additional EUR 8)) for the "Suite" (not the Twin/Double room) to have small cooking place available. However, I got the room without the cooking facility. Also, the reception staff I had at the counter spoke Spanish only. Her English was limited to a handful of words. 「Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
