「All as expected. A special mention to the F&B team in the restaurant, they were attentive, professional, clear polite and friendly. A special mention to the 'burgundy-not-burgundy' waitress who was beautiful and lit up the room. Hopefully she receives this feedback which is genuine and shared in good faith.」

「The lift was out of action and it would seem that it had been for some time. Whilst I have no problem using the stairs (as I prefer the exercise) this would have caused a major problem for some of my friends whom normally would have stayed as well. Also, no mention of this was made when booking.」
