「I’d go back every month if I had the time.」

「The front desk clerk was very helpful at check in. I'm a female solo traveler and without asking him he put me in an area where there were cameras available. It was very reassuring and made me feel safe and seen.」

「While this hotel has a beautiful location that is the only thing that makes staying here worth it. The room was clean but really basic. We did a lake side room for the view however the windows were so dirty with spider webs and lack of cleaning. Restaurant onsite you must have reservations for even if they aren’t busy. 「I would choose this next time.」

「This is an older property but is very nice for the price. We stayed in three different hotels over three days and this had the best breakfast and the most bang for your buck.」

「Great outdoor area with fire pits to relax」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「Everything about this place was perfect!!」

「Evening is good」

「The hot tub was gross, it had build up grease and dirt. The breakfast was below average and the pillows were not comfortable」

「Convenient location. Room was very clean, but "no frills." Staff friendly. Easy parking. Fish tank in the office needs to be cleaned right away!!」

「Todo muy bueno」

「The owner was very helpful when I had to put my car in the shop and took me to pick it up when it was ready」

「The service and quality of our stay at the Holiday Inn was amazing! Very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a beautiful lobby with mountain views created a wonderful experience for our first time in Asheville. Highly recommend!」

「Huge, comfortable, and affordable rooms. Great, friendly staff. Best place to stay and good for the budget.」

「We only stayed 2 nights. However on the 2nd day no one touched our room. No new towels and nothing wiped off. I ask the desk mgr and she said they don't do that but every few days and deep clean after 6 days. Based on what I paid that is not acceptable.」
