The room is extremely small

The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.

Breakfast was a very small continental breakfast. Hottub was hot but the jets didn't work. Rooms are small, questionable whether sheets had been washed between occupants. Building is aged. Overall, for the price, its ehat i expected. We had a pleasant stay, the pool was great for young kids.

They would of been 5 star if the hot tub and pool was open. That was the reason I booked it, for the hot tub and pool. When we got there we were informed it was closed for maintenance and that they had no idea when it would reopen.

Was stay a night here first I get out of my car and walk always to counter, the entire hall way smells full of weed I was headache but god I felt better I get into the room good thing I the room didn’t smells bad I remember I was asking for one queen bed but my room was two twins bed, pool was not open for service entire hallway smells very strong of weed . My head is headache till my next day ..staff is okay

The area is great if you are staying around Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, etc. The room was definitely worth what I paid for it, but when I stayed, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were out. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, but not much was done with a smile. I would stay here again, but it would have been nice to use the pool and/or hot tub.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The room itself was clean. I could tell it had been updated. It could use a few more updates, but it felt clean. The hot tub and pool did not seem very clean. I know they said they are getting it fixed and updating it soon.

I stayed at a Quality Inn recently, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition—visibly dirty to the point that my family and I didn’t feel comfortable using them at all. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, so it was a major letdown. Breakfast was also poorly managed. We went down around 8:30 a.m., and they were already out of basic items like milk and coffee. When I asked the receptionist, she simply laughed and said they were out for the day. While I don’t necessarily blame her personally, it was clear this was a known and ongoing issue. Another major inconvenience was the elevator being out of service. This could be a serious problem for anyone who has difficulty using stairs, and it’s something guests should definitely be aware of. The room itself was acceptable, but not great—there were a few stains on the bedding, which didn’t inspire much confidence in overall cleanliness. Overall, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

My room was clean we got missed on the first days of trash pickup and towels but that evening the front desk attended got us some towels and I happened to bring a big garbage bag with me and Maggie valley there was a lot of stuff not open yet in March most of it opens in May

The hotel charged me a smoking fee for the room, but I never smoked inside. Although I am a smoker, I always made sure to smoke outside of the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s non-smoking policy. They didn’t even bothered to check the camera to see if I went outside to smoke. Never come back.

This place went beyond my expectations 😀. Easy check-in, very clean room and over all the whole place was very clean. It was nice and quite. Indoor swimming pool was an added bonus 😀. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and food & fun was in close walking distance. But the breakfast they provided every morning was SOOO GOOD & very clean and kept up very well. They even had laundry room. I definitely will be staying here again and the price of our stay was so very resonable. If u choose to stay here...i dont believe u will be disappointed over anything. Everyone was so kind. ❤️❤️😀😀
