"Clean room, friendly check in staff. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast or any other amenities. Something I wish people were mindful of is closing the door softer. Lots of people left early this morning opening and closing doors multiple times, each time letting it slam shut. Regardless if you’re staying at this hotel or another try to be mindful of the door!!"

"Parking access was easy. The house is just a short walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and a great bookstore ( eg. Wall Street bookstore) The house has a great porch and garden to sit in too. The staff were very responsive and helpful."

Check-in was easy even though we had booked the room only minutes before, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel’s facilities are suitable for conferences, however, it was not full on the night that we stayed. I highly recommend this hotel, while the room was small, it was well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The lake view from our room was amazing. There were walking trails in front of the hotel along the lake with lovely views. We look forward to returning to this area as Lake Junaluska is a beautiful location."
