"The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure. "

"The hotel is quite run down and the rooms haven’t been properly cleaned, which was a shock as we couldn’t check in until after the stated time. It’s clear the cleaners don’t do a proper one as water was dried on the shower door, there was also build up all over the fixtures from lack of upkeep. I think all that looked to have been done was a bedding change - the cleaners cart didn’t look to have any cleaning spray or anything in either. It would be a nice hotel if they kept up with it "
