"Clean. Tons of perks. Decorations were a little gaudy, but the effort to stand out and create a pleasant atmosphere was appreciated. The gym needs some work, but the cardio equipment works. It is situated close to the MRT and walking distance 15-20 min to pier 2 art district. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, and they even have sparkling water and free laundry room available. Above all, the service was outstanding. The employees went out of their way to help in every possible way and did their best to give you everything you asked for. Couldn’t ask for anything more from them. Nicest mid tier hotel I’ve been to in Taiwan so far. Best value by far. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Hotel is located about 25 mins to the most popular shopping area. The metro station is right next to the hotel which is pretty convenient. Plenty of eating options but probably not as much if you nearby the high speed rail station. I would stay again for the price and size of the room. "
