아주 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 가기 전 요청했던 아기욕조도 미리 준비해주셨어요. 우리가족뿐 아니라 함께했던 어머니부터 나이어린 조카까지 모두 편안하게 이용했습니다. 가오슝에 간다면 또 이용할 예정입니다.

硬件配套，設備，房間細節都可說是一流。從25樓check in至進入房間，酒店佈置及環境給人有種度假感覺，很舒適放鬆。 直到早餐時段，整個感覺就改變了，由放鬆變回忙碌，早餐的食物質素不錯，種類亦多，唯餐飲職員很忙，忙得讓人感到很不自在很不放鬆，即使有即煮的麵食，但職員忙著其他的準備，讓人都不好意思打斷他們為自己做麵，同樣情形出現在冷盤凍肉，因要職員夾給我們，但他們總是忙著做其他工作，而最重要是在入住三天的早餐，9成的餐飲職員都是無笑容無表情，排除食物質素，整個餐飲體驗真的很差。唯一在餐廳值得加分的體驗，是泳池職員到來跟客人聊天，告知之後有活動，可以一會兒到泳池參加，非常熱情健談，給客人很親切的感覺。但同時突顯餐飲服務員工的不足。 最後還有個小意外發生，退房當天先寄存行李，當回來取時，有一件行李不見了，最後擾攘了15分鐘多才找回，雖這不是個很好的體驗，但該負責行李的職員都很努力去找，知我們趕著要出機場，還立刻走出去幫忙叫計程車，讓我們都沒有可怪責的理由，最後大家都帶著笑容說再見，希望我們下次再來。 排除餐飲服務，整個入住接近完美，希望下次有機會再來，介時餐飲服務可以有改善吧！
