"The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay"

"Front desk was amazing easy check in room was clean and cool when we arrived Drinks at the bar was great!"

"Check in at the hotel was slow took about 30-40 minutes with only two people checking people in at 4:00 pm. There were 3 elevators to the rooms but 1 of them was broken the entire week we were there. There were at least 3 or more times we had to take the steps 7 floors instead of waiting multiple times for the elevator since they were packed at all hours of the day. The breakfast was ok. They did offer a hot breakfast but all of the options were bland. I will say the coffee shop on the floor with the ocean and pool was very good."
