"The hotel location is superb, right in the heart of Sapporo. It offers easy access to Sapporo Station (Namboku and Toho Lines) and is also within walking distance to Odori and Susukino via the underground passage. Do note that the underpass connection closes at 10:30 pm, so it is best to return to the hotel before then.
The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. However, there was a slightly unusual experience regarding housekeeping. As I did not require room cleaning during my 6-night stay, I initially declined the service. Despite this, the hotel staff insisted on conducting housekeeping on Day 4, citing it as their policy to clean every few days. I was not given the option to refuse, and when I continued to decline, the staff came in briefly to do what appeared to be a quick inspection of the room.
This felt somewhat unnecessary, as it is unlikely for guests to cause any significant issues within just a few days. Nonetheless, aside from this, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again."
