Loved the hotel and the room, the view was great and the hotel had a very modern Japanese architecture.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we are glad we booked it again. Staff are attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is amazing and really great as a case for exploring the city. The spa is now included and we made excellent use of it!

Clean room, has all kinds of amenities, safe and secure, close to downtown. Only that the noise control is rather weak. But indeed a 5 star experience!

Airport is new and clean. We didn't have time to explore Chitose, but this stay at Terminal hotel was very pleasant
