The included breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was helpful with questions in regards to shuttles. Keep in mind, if you do not request a non-smoking room, the smell is quite strong as soon you get off the elevator for your room floor. Also if you plan to walk from Chitose Station to the hotel, it’s roughly a 20 min walk so plan accordingly if you have a handful of luggage.

The hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately the snow park was closed early and I wasn’t able to participate in any activities. But I loved the onsen. I went to it every day. I wanted to use the gym, too but it seemed you had to pay, which confused me because I thought it would be free for guests.
I had a wonderful experience none the less

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. It felt safe, secure, and clean, with a great location for exploring Hokkaido. Within roughly 1–1.5 hours in different directions are many great points of interest. We especially loved Lake Toya. There’s also nearby shopping, high-end shopping, and resorts.
The kitchen and living room were great, Wi-Fi was excellent, and we loved the soaking tub and bathrooms.
There were some frustrations. Upon arrival, finding our unit was...

Nice little apartment about 15 minutes walk from the station. Our apartment was 101 on the ground floor at the back. It was very dark and cold and we needed the lights and the heater on all the time. The kitchen was good with enough equipment. There were no knives (common in Japan) so pack a couple in your checked luggage if you plan to cook.
