"Location was great, lots of places to eat, drink, and pick up quick snacks. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful anytime I needed assistance. The room cleaning was nicely handled and it was awesome to choose when I needed towels changed and trash picked up. I also enjoyed the bathtub each night. The elevators were extremely fast also that being on the 12th floor was no issue. I also enjoyed the sitting area with various toys for children and magazines for adults.
One incident with a very rude fellow guest left a bad taste in my mouth and I am very impressed with how the staff handled it. A man dressed in black with a black hat sat in the lobby and was picking his nose and flicking his boogers and snot onto the floor and coughing without a mask. He then spoke to the manager and a young girl and seemed to be lecturing and scolding them very rudely. He even stepped up to the girl and physically was trying to intimidate her. I found his behavior to be very abhorrent and disrespectful. Does he speak to his mother like that? There is no need for that kind of behavior and while the male manager and female employee apologized profusely, I am impressed that they kept their cool. That guest should be ashamed of himself for being a gross human being with no respect for pthers. I pointed out the snot on the floor after the other guest left and the front desk employee immediately cleaned it up. You will not find a better staff than here!"
