The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient. "

"The view from the room was stunning and the onsen was the best me and my husband have been to in Japan that’s included with the hotel stay. Very spacious and at night had a nice dark serene feel"

"Breakfast has seafood sashimi, very fresh and tasty. Our room is renovated so is new and clean. It's very near the shopping street and many restaurants nearly. The public bath is a bonus though it's not big. "
