Great place for a short stay! Very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and parking was free and available. The place doesn't offer free breakfast by default, but is ¥880 a person in Oct 2025. Definitely worth it though! Clean and safe!

Simple and good value

It was a decent business hotel and has great value for money. Facilities were simple and had everything that I needed. There was also an airport shuttle that brought me to the airport. Recommend for anyone that needs to stay a night before heading off for an early morning flight.

Great value. Easy to go to from the airport: 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Plenty dinning options around. Japanese breakfast is very good.

Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice.

Quite remote from the airport. Room is tiny and do us the bed for 2 persons. Toilet is small. There’s no space to open our luggages. During the night we had to open the window a little for fresh cooler air. Great morning free shuttle to airport. This hotel is good for one sleep over night & it served our purpose.

Convenient to get to from airport via taxi or train. Shuttle only drops you off at the airport, will not pick you up from airport. Rooms are a little small but good enough for a quick stop for a single night.

宿泊施設は言う事ありません。空港までシャトルバスがあり助かります。このホテルは3階は喫煙者が泊まれる様になってます。喫煙者にとっては嬉しいです。 そして食事に出かけるのにもアクセスが良く便利です。ただ残念だったのが…私は3年前からこのホテルを利用させて頂いてますが、今回はフロントの女性が3人居たのですが…その内の2人がとても残念な対応でした‼️少しでもお客さんに寄り添った対応をして欲しいです。
