Nice place Good price

Had a twin room and was impressed on the size of the room it was much larger than usual for a business hotel. Has onsen and breakfast buffet but didn't use. Not really convenient for sightseeing in Sapporo but is close to the Budha statue at the cemetery.

Great hotel for the value! The onsen was better than I expected with a sauna, cold plunge and multiple baths. Spacious rooms and comfy bedding. This was a great spot to share a room with a few friends during our stay in Sapporo.. a bit of a trek into the city but definitely doable. I would stay here again!

Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value.

Nice stay if you're driving, little bit away from the main town means easy parking. 2nd street across the street if you're into op shop hunting. Aeon near by. Onsen is great and they even got a swimming pool! I only stayed 2 night didn't get to use it :(

I had a wonderful stay at APA. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The bed was really cozy, and the bathroom was nice and tidy. The hotel also had great amenities. I enjoyed the restaurant’s food, and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The location was perfect. close to everything I wanted to see and do (better if you drive) Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

My family loved our stay here! The staff is excellent kind and helpful. We loved the extra amenities! They have a sauna and cold pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, laundry all you can eat breakfast buffet and indoor outdoor Onsen. We came to see Sapporo but didn’t want to leave the hotel. The room is stocked with water refrigerator coffee robes slippers hairdryer shampoo body wash conditioner 4 blade razors hair ties toothbrush toothpaste and more. Definitely want to come back!

Pretty unclear about breakfast buffet and bit of a challenge for some to find spa entrance. People at the desk very kind and helpful as well. It is quite far away from everything as I booked it thinking I would have rental car. Price for value and room was excellent. Thank you.

It was pretty cool to have a breakfast buffet at the hotel. My 14 years old and 11 years old daughters got to tried different type of japanese food. I enjoyed the spa. They were nice size and different style hot tubs.

The staff were very nice. The room, though a bit worn, was clean. The hotel is not very convenient and obviously caters to groups (while I was there, mostly Chinese tourists) or to people driving. The breakfast is not really great; it is served in a large ballroom set-up like a school cafeteria; and, since the equipment is not dedicated, the food was consistently tepid (this included the fried foods and the eggs). Nothing stood out as great; though nothing was awful. The spa was nice; though busy.

Room cleaning is on request, I stayed 5 nights, 2 rooms, the only day we requested to have the rooms cleaned, one of them didn’t get done. Another day it was cleaned when we didn’t request it. The staff are very polite but the English is very limited. If you don’t speak Japanese it’s very difficult to get help here, especially considering transport. The night we arrived, we ate dinner in the restaurant and were served frozen meat with the bbq dish and frozen salmon as sushi. On the night of the 30th I went to the massage salon on level two. Despite the sign reading now open and also the television information screen stating that it would be open it was not open and I had to call reception and they explained that it was closed. The TV has a hotel information page but this is obviously not updated when things are closed. The breakfast here is very very good and good value. I would recommend that. The hotel spa is also very good but there are no extra towels provided. I had to go to the reception and ask for towels..

What’s unique about the place is that although its a bit far in the main city there are still a lot of accessible places like just beside the property there is a family restaurant
