It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋がほとんど。部屋着は提供されないと思ったほうがいい。チェックイン後スタッフと直接連絡はできず何もサービスは受けれないとおもったほうがいい。連絡はボットと自動応答のみです。 朝食は、コーヒーは都度スタッフに頼まないとダメでおかわりは異常な時間がかかります。まだ？というと謝りもなく順番にしてます、とこっちが悪いように言われます。なので、おかわりは諦めたほうがいいです。これも経緯削減の、手法なのかな？と思いました。料理はこってるものが多いが旅行中何かと朝はテキパキと動きたくイライラしました。ホテルの常識を考えると非常に気分を害するホテルです。割り切りが必要。

朝食ビュッフェが最高に美味しかったです👍 施設は新しく清潔感あり！２泊したんですがタオル交換の仕方を聞いてなかったので(私が悪いんですが💦)もう少し分かりやすくしていただけたらなと思ったくらいです。 また是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました😊
