It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

スリッパは人数分ない、 ルームキーがICカードで上手く反応せず一苦労(ICカードがない人は横のカードをとチェックイン時に出てきましたがカードは全て無くなっており空)、 エキストラベッドはシーツが引かれておらず自分で敷かなけれならない 唯一良いのは朝ごはんのみでした

駅から建物に行ける通路があることと、部屋も綺麗で設備も良かった。ただ、６日以内の宿泊は清掃ナシということ、ガウンも部屋に用意がなく、フロントがある4階から自分でとらないといけないのは面倒でした。

20時に従業員の侵入があり、何も言わずにでていきました。鍵を開けて間違って入ったとの説明でした。 子供と2人で泊まっていたので本当に怖かったです。 セキュリティがしっかりしているホテルだと思っていたので、本当ありえないと感じました。せっかく楽しみに遠くからきたのに、だいなしです。

ツインを利用しました。部屋は広くて快適でしたが、あまりに近未来的で、部屋には時計も無く、フロントへの電話も無く、全てスマホ利用が前提で使いにくい印象です。

自分が事前にちゃんと見てなかったのが悪いのですが今回ツインルームだったんですけど浴槽無しシャワーのみでした。風呂浸かりたい人は要注意。アメニティ、化粧水、綿棒は用意して欲しいかなと。設備自体は出来立てなのでとても綺麗です。ガヤガヤした札幌エリアと違い、夜はとても静かで人も歩いてません。北海道の雪景色や田舎感味わえて良いです。エスコンフィールド近く、シャトルバスで五分ほど、野球好きには間違いないです。
