"This motel isn’t worth 30$ a night let alone 100$ This motel was a flop house for hookers and their John’s. It was old and run down in a very poor part of town. The bed was full of crumbs and the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag The bathroom was hideous the walls were stained, rusted, and moldy There is a window above the door that was painted over and all of the outside windows and the windows were about ready to fall out. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYBODY!!!!!!!!!"

"The area is not the safest, and parking is questionable. Very loud and dirty. The elevator was full of graffiti. Our room was so sticky it was as if someone had mopped with juice. The bed sheets were stained and clearly dirty. There was a black shoe print on one of them. And red drops on the sheet "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, grouting in bathtub needs some attention. Outdoor patio had more piles of bird poop than I could count. Very disgusting, and unsanitized. A tremendous amount of homeless people in and around hotel property . "

"None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place. Rented a kitchenette with no microwave, no kind of dishes, no coffee pot, 2 out of 3 tv's didnt work, you pay to wash your towels and sheets, no cups, nothing. After complaining they did get us coffee pot and new pots an pans, cups and silverware and they had someone come out and fix the pool but it was still green when we left and they did bring a cable box for 1 tv and a cable for the other. I should not have to complain to get everything corrected but they did try. Unsupervised kids running around and swimming in the pool the next day when it was still green and not ready. Never did get the microwave we asked for. I've never stayed at a hotel that makes you wash your towels and sheets and pay for it at their laundromat. The GM and ladies at the front desk did try and get us things we asked for. Sorry but nothing like the listing at all nor the second listing either."

"I had a great experience staying at Best Western. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and definitely worth the price. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional—she made the check-in process smooth and easy. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive thanks to Diego. He was awesome—very attentive, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was organized and well-kept, and his positive attitude made a big difference. Overall, great value, great service, and a clean, comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back!"

"I found out after I left that there are free cookies for customers, but I was not able to taste them because I was not made aware by the employees. There was no body wash in the container in shower I was lucky to have a bar of soap handy. Other than that everything was great."

"Hotel is clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do believe it needs mentioning that the available breakfast is not complimentary. They also charged $10 for parking. The parking wasn’t monitored or secured by a gate. It’s just general spaces around the building. The location of the hotel is in an awful part of town where there are countless homeless people everywhere. However, I never saw any on the hotel property. We did make sure there was nothing of value left in the car overnight. "
